ZONING REQUIREMENT

Prior to the issuance of the Lee County Local Business Tax Receipt, zoning must be completed.

If your business is located within city limits contact the appropriate office to obtain zoning approval.

Information for the zoning department can be found online.

If your business is located within city limits, contact your local city licensing department for information.

If your business is operating from a residential location in unincorporated Lee County and the type of business is on the zoning exemption list, simply complete the Home/Truck affidavit and submit it with your application.
