Our dedicated team of over 230 customer service employees are standing by to have your back when you need it most. Whether it be navigating the waters of vessel registration or learning the ways of the road as a first-time driver, our dedicated team members are here to help you.

We operate seven customer service offices throughout Lee County. With offices in Bonita Springs, Cape Coral,  Downtown Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, South Fort Myers, and a limited service office – Colonial at AAA.  You are bound to find a location that is convenient for you. Although most of our service centers offer our most common needed services, some have more specialized functions. For instance, if you are interested in getting your concealed weapons permit, you will need to visit our Downtown Fort Myers location. If you are a first-time driver and are needing to take your driving exam, you will need to make an appointment at either our North or South Fort Myers locations. In fact, our customer support center fields approximately 20,000 calls a month and more than 240,000 calls a year!
